2. Pricing and Payments

• Prices shown on official channels are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Delivery fees are based on selected delivery location/zone.
• Accepted payment methods currently include Cash and GCash.
• Promotions and prices may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery and Pickup Schedule

• Store operating hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
• Orders are accepted only within operating hours.
• For closed hours, customers may place advance orders for the next available day.
• Actual delivery time may vary depending on order volume, weather, and rider availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a valid mobile number and reachable delivery address.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the requested schedule.
• For pickup orders, claim the order promptly once marked ready.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Order changes are subject to approval and preparation status.
• Once preparation begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to store-side issues, we will coordinate replacement or refund options.

6. Refunds and Resolution

• Refund eligibility is evaluated case by case.
• Approved refunds follow the original payment method whenever possible.
• Report concerns promptly through official Ka Prets channels for immediate assistance.

7. Product and Service Disclaimer

• Product images and descriptions are for presentation and may vary slightly from actual output.
• Please disclose known food allergies before ordering.
